Mr. Moxley has an extensive background in architectural design and construction management, providing his services to the local community for over 45 years. Mr. Moxley was the architectural visor to that Coca-Cola Bottling Company of South Florida, and to Hollywood Inc.(The largest inland developer in the United States), Mr. Moxley was the first special inspector for the state of Florida under the threshold building law. Also, he was chairman of the Hollywood construction board, As well as past chairperson of the landscape beautification board for the city of Hollywood. On the whole Mr. Moxley has been directly involved in over 3 billion dollars of construction and will be a very important player for this and future projects.
